Our policy lasts 14 days. You can either opt for a full refund or store credit (see below). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or store credit.
With regards to store credit we offer the price of the item plus £5. We will send you your store credit in the form of a personalised discount code which you can enter at the checkout.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in.
To complete your return, please print and complete the form and include it within the parcel. We will be unable to process your refund without the form.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and PayPal. Then contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Postage costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of postage will be deducted from your refund.
If you are sending a parcel worth over £50, you should consider using a trackable postal service or purchasing insurance.
